The Revenue Management team conducts regular, weekly calls with the General Manager and DOS to review the hotel's performance and provide detailed reports and analysis of key metrics such as occupancy, average daily rate (ADR), and revenue per available room (RevPar). They also track trends and patterns, as well as identify areas for improvement, to optimize your hotel's revenue.
Your hotel will have a dedicated Revenue Manager who monitors and adjusts your rates daily, taking into account market data, industry trends, and competitor pricing to ensure competitiveness and maximize ADR and RevPar.
The Revenue Management team collaborates with other departments within Southern Hospitality Management & Development, such as sales and marketing, and third-party operations, to ensure that all efforts are aligned and working towards the shared goal of maximizing revenue.
